Inside Our Factory
Easy2u manufactures dining chairs, cafe chairs, bar stools and banquet chairs in Shengfang, Bazhou — one of the best-known furniture manufacturing towns in China, close to Tianjin port. Our 10,000 m² plant runs two production lines with 55 staff and ships around 400 × 40HQ containers a year, mainly to South Korea, the European Union and Southeast Asia.

1. Steel Tube Cutting
Chairs start as raw steel tubes. CNC laser cutting machines cut each tube to exact length with clean, burr-free edges — the foundation of a frame that fits together perfectly.
2. Frame Welding
Robotic welding arms handle repeatable joints for consistent strength, while skilled welders take care of complex frames. Every weld is checked before it moves down the line.

3. Grinding & Surface Finishing
Welded frames are ground smooth, then pass through the finishing line for coating. This is what keeps powder-coated surfaces smooth to the touch and resistant to chipping.
4. Seat Shell Molding
Bentwood and molded shells are pressed and cured in-house, then stacked for assembly — the curved seat shape that gives our dining and bar chairs their comfort.

5. Fabric Cutting & Sewing
Upholstery fabric is cut on long cutting tables and sewn by experienced machinists. Pattern consistency across hundreds of covers is what makes bulk orders look uniform.
6. Upholstery & Assembly
Foam, fabric and shell are assembled by hand, and woven seat surfaces are fitted piece by piece. Plastic parts are produced on our own injection molding machine.

7. Warehouse & Container Loading
Finished chairs are stocked in our warehouse, then loaded into 40HQ containers — wrapped, stacked and net-secured so they arrive the way they left. Mixed loading across product lines is supported.
